Boundaries + Expectations for participation in our spaces
Refunds
All payments due to student cancellation are non-refundable, without exception. This stands for both virtual + in person experiences.
If you must cancel before the program begins - you can transfer your credit towards a future program within two calendar years.
Once you have received access to the materials, you forfeit tuition with cancellation.
Travel Insurance
We require you to purchase travel insurance. We recommend securing insurance relatively soon after making a deposit to ensure coverage for any unexpected events or circumstances that may arise before or during the trip.
Waiting too long might limit certain coverage options or benefits available at the time of booking. However, specific timeframes can vary depending on the insurance provider and their policy terms. We recommend you consult your company directly.
We also strongly recommend that you opt for a ‘Cancel for Any Reason’ add on. This will protect you in the event that your circumstances change and you decide not to join.
If you make payments towards an in person experience with us, it is non-refundable.
Payment Plans
Note that a payment plan is an agreement to submit the payment in full for the container you have chosen. Once you receive access to the materials via the welcome email, you are legally required to submit the total payment.
Access to Britt
Note that personal access, private support + coaching with Britt is only offered through her 1:1 or group mentorship containers. Private support or time with Britt is not offered in group programs or masterclasses. She will do her best to respond to comments + questions shared during live programs.
Official Communication
Note that the official communication channels are ONLY email correspondence and direct messaging to Team Zen + Juice™ via the portal. Note that DMs on Instagram, Whatsapp, or comments on posts within the Portal or other communication channels may not be responded to or monitored.
Note that you can expect a response from us via email or portal within 24 business hours.
Use of the Portal
The portal is a place to come to support, celebrate, uplift, inspire and show up as a peer + student. We love celebrating your successes, however posts that feel like a sales pitch and/or salesy, will be removed.
Note that your posts may be removed without notice or explanation if we feel that it is best for Zen + Juice™ + our community.
Intellectual Property
Respecting intellectual property is vital in our community. We encourage members to honor our work by not sharing or duplicating materials provided within our platform for personal or external use without explicit permission. Upholding these standards fosters an environment of trust and mutual respect. Of course, we are also offering these teachings so that you can share them with your community, and we are nurturing a culture of originality and innovation within our community. If you are unclear on your intentions, feel free to reach out to us directly in the Portal.
How our programs work
Upon signing up for any of our programs, expect to receive a welcome email by the end of the following business day.
This email is crucial, offering essential information on next steps and providing guidance on how to maximize your experience within the program.
Depending on the specific program, you might gain immediate access to content modules or be invited to live sessions via the EVENTS section.
Please note that all live sessions will be recorded and made available on the portal within 24 hours for your convenience.
Should you have any inquiries about our various programming or if you're concerned about missing any information, our dedicated Team Zen + Juice in the Portal is readily available to assist you.

The responsibility of your lead faculty is to provide the content of the program. There will also be a Q+A feed within the course portal. Questions can be posted there + will be addressed live by faculty; our team will be available to support you + your experience within the portal.
Faculty may also offer support in the activity feed within the portal. After the conclusion of the program - the lead faculty member will no longer be present in the activity feed. Know that it may not be possible to answer all of your questions - depending on volume + the time allotted for Q+A. It is always best to message Team Zen + Juice within the portal as Private messages to faculty may not be seen/ responded to.
Yoga Alliance Certification
If you are participating in a Yoga Alliance accredited program, there will be deadlines for submissions of materials and completion of the content. If you do not submit your materials on time - you will not gain the Yoga Alliance certification without exception. You can work through things at your own pace as you'd like, and you will receive a certificate of participation upon completion. Note that this is not an official Yoga Alliance certificate.
There may be an option to roll your enrollment over to the next run of the format. However, this is not guaranteed (as we may not run the format again) and will require that you pay a continuation fee that equals the difference of the new price minus your credit. If you received any sort of pre-sale pricing or scholarship support - this does not roll over.
You will have access to programs for one calendar year, unless otherwise stated.

While our website may not always reflect the latest information, Britt occasionally hosts Q+As related to upcoming experiences; however, we do not conduct individual sales-focused calls.
Should you have inquiries about any of our offers, we're delighted to address them through the Portal.
